Welcome to the site of New Hope EPC. We are a small church located in East Tennessee, dedicated to serving a mighty God. Our mission is to Love God, Love Others, and to Serve the World. NHEPC is making disciples of Jesus Christ here in our community, and to the ends of the earth.
Our only claim is that we are the unworthy recipients of the mighty grace of God. We cannot help but proclaim the gracious message of Jesus to others, and we demonstrate that same grace to our community and to the world through practical service in Jesus' Name.

Advent Series
For the next 4 weeks, we are going to turn our hearts toward Advent. The Advent season is a time of preparation that directs our hearts and minds to Christ’s second coming at the end of time and to the anniversary of Our Lord’s birth on Christmas. From the earliest days of the Church, people have been fascinated by Jesus’ promise to come back. But the scripture readings during Advent tell us not to waste our time with predictions. Advent is not about speculation. Our Advent readings call us to be alert and ready, not weighted down and distracted by the cares of this world (Lk 21:34-36).
